OP: You do realize that the Bible mentions dinosaurs in the form of leviathan and behemoth in the book of Job, correct? Furthermore, the Earth is described as a circle in Isaiah 40:22 and numerous celestial bodies are given by name. Perhaps ancient creatures aren't quite as widespread as overzealous paleontologists would like us to believe, but there are many complete dinosaur skeletons displayed in museums worldwide. I'm not sure why you assume certain areas of science conflict with Christianity outside of evolution and paleontology.

You're far better at explaining these things than I am, but I 100% agree with everything you said here. Far too much of modern "science" is really just a new religion, based on faith in ideas that cannot be proven or disproved.

As far as the book of Job, I'm aware of the behemoth. I definitely believe something large existed back then, obviously. But to me, it's just extremely unlikely that "dinosaurs" as we know them were walking around everywhere. If they were, the bible certainly would have made more references to them. I think it's a far more likely idea that the beast mentioned in Job was a unique, almost one-off type creature.

Just copy paste what I typed to whichever public schooling robot challenges your beliefs in future debates. Modern man has a library containing the entirety of knowledge at his fingertips, but he is still too foolish to see the truth. How ironically sad! Most of us are capable of learning information, but disregard thinking.

I do not believe that dinosaurs ruled the Earth as paleontologists paint the image. As a Bible believing Christian, it is my opinion that dinosaurs were large creatures who walked the planet alongside mankind, and were unable to survive until the present day for whatever reason. Perhaps Noah's flood altered Earth's climate and the majority of them went extinct. There is no doubt in my mind that researchers have fabricated the majority of species of dinosaur as we know them today based upon scant evidence, such as a single tooth bone for example. I believe that the behemoth, leviathan, fiery flying serpents and dragons described in scripture were the dinosaurs as we know them. Of course, there is also the possibility that they're alternate terms for devils, but that is another subject.

30 feet is stretching the line, but Robert Wadlow was a giant in recent times who was just a hair beneath 9 feet. He would have continued to grow if he survived his infection. Gigantic humans aren't exactly unheard of.
