Truly amazing.

You earn over $140k a year, and a guy offers you a $100 gift card for you to write articles on dividend investing for him.

After 3 years of blogging you have finally made it.

Your advice is highly valued

- Talks about how people without passive income are idiots
- Tries to express how awesome he is at it
- Doesn't answer any specifics but instead bashes people
- Gets called out for being a fraud hard
- Proceeds to prove how awesome he is because some guy gave him a $100 gift card

What a try hard

EDIT:

Dude went through the effort to find a random thread of mine (since i didn't post in this one till now) just so he could neg me back. hahaha

Really? Because half the responses are from people that were at first curious at what you might be doing until it was clear you are full of it.

And if you're trying to have a giggle then why do you apparently keep posting similar threads?

When you own your property out right this becomes less of a problem.

- I have a few friends that have 1 to 4 properties and making anywhere from $2k to $10k/month.

- They just make sure to take the taxes out of it and most of the time reinvest their chit since this is their side gigs

I'm going to actually post something of value in this thread since OP is worthless.

Here's something anyone with half a brain can do that requires minimal capital and is 90% passive:

You make it sound like owning property outright is easy.

You have to pay that property off while its incurring a compounding interest charge. Unless there is significant capital growth on the properties you purchase, OR you have a very modest wage, it's really not that easy to just have a couple of $500,000 assets sitting around debt free.

Besides, if anything you can be thankful that OP is giving people a good financial goal to shoot for regardless of how he is doing himself. @OP what are your thoughts on getting a place to live vs investing right out of the gate? My girl doesn't wanna live in a povertymobile(which I had considered) so my options are either buy something to live in or rent for a couple years at $1k/month. Do you think that renting would be the most beneficial while investing/paying back school loans @5% or buy a house and basically skip investing besides getting my 3% match to 401k till other obligations are taken care of?

Lol@op for falling for the passive income meme.

At first its intimidating and scary but I took the plunge recently and had the "YOLO" mentality.

Now I've sold all my starting product and buying new inventory. Beer money trying to turn it into fk u money.
