Weirdly sometimes this is common in Brazil, but not exactly the same. A lot of girls there keep the hair on their thighs, usually it's not much and they dye it blonde. Disappointing when you see a stunner then you get close and she has these blonde hairs on brown skin.

Nothing like the OP though - that's just disgusting and obviously done for attention (which it seems she's getting).
