^^ can I just ask, how do pain relieving drugs determine a birth as being unnatural?

You have to exercise and do kegels even with c-sections, it's the weight of the foetus and amniotic fluids in utero over time that puts the majority of the pressure on the pelvic floor, not just the childbirth
Nobody would elect to have major surgery over natural childbirth...well they would, but they shouldn't

Take the drugs if you want to
The aim is safe childbirth with both infant and mother healthy

There's a lot of issues for the mom and baby for one, ultrasounds can be off on pregnancy dates by as much as 3 weeks. A baby born at 37 or even 38 weeks can have underdeveloped lungs and have more issues regulating it's body temp, and low birth weight.
A baby born by c section doesn't get "squeezed" through the birth canal and doesn't get all the mucus in their lungs naturally expelled
The baby doesn't get exposed to the Flora that helps their immune system.
They don't get to breastfeed right away and this can hinder the moms milk production.
Babies born by C-section usually have lower apgar scores.
There's lots of issues with C-sections. March of dimes did a good job of making more women aware that 37 weeks is not full term and they should not be asking for a C-section just because they want to have the baby within a certain time frame or are tired of being pregnant.
.. yes your vagina goes unscathed, but at what cost to your baby?

Healthier the woman = tighter the vagina.
Obviously it's 90% genetics, but a female who works out and eats healthy will always have tighter v vs
a girl who smokes Newport menthols and gets schwasted every weekend

There are risks to the baby with those drugs. Most of them cause respiratory distress and can cause the baby to be slow to breastfeed. That's why don't want to give you stadol and other drugs if you are past 7cm dilated. Giving them too close to delivery can cause problems or stall labor which then necessitates a C-section/forceps birth.
One mom is not any better than the next one if they have to accept drugs in labor, but if they can do it without it is so much better for the baby.
Edit- from what I've read, the UK is a lot better in terms of having an unmedicated labor with no interventions.
You women are also able to use gas (nitrous) during contractions where we don't have that here. The effects of nitrous are so short lived that the mom can inhale it when she feels a contraction start and by the end it's gone and doesn't really affect the baby at all.
I was studying to take my midwife license exam at one point.

thats bollocks. We live in the 21st century, if you need or want intervention you take it
There's a lot of issues for the mom and baby for one, ultrasounds can be off on pregnancy dates by as much as 3 weeks. A baby born at 37 or even 38 weeks can have underdeveloped lungs and have more issues regulating it's body temp, and low birth weight.
36 weeks is considered safe, end of 36 weeks is full development
A baby born by c section doesn't get "squeezed" through the birth canal and doesn't get all the mucus in their lungs naturally expelled
The baby doesn't get exposed to the Flora that helps their immune system.
but the baby gets maternal immunity
They don't get to breastfeed right away and this can hinder the moms milk production.
thats bull. My first was breastfeeding within 10 mins as I was being trundled down the corridor and he was delivered and handed directly into my husband's arms who was sitting by my side
Babies born by C-section usually have lower apgar scores.
both of mine were perfect scores
There's lots of issues with C-sections. March of dimes did a good job of making more women aware that 37 weeks is not full term and they should not be asking for a C-section just because they want to have the baby within a certain time frame or are tired of being pregnant.
.. yes your vagina goes unscathed, but at what cost to your baby?

Now is every baby born at 38 weeks going to have problems? No..but it increases their chance of problems by quite a bit.
If you go into labor at 37 weeks they will give you steroid shots at the start of labor for the baby's lungs.
Anyways..don't feel like arguing about it but there's plenty of research to back up what I said.
From the ACOG
Ob-Gyns Redefine Meaning of "Term Pregnancy"
Definition Change Will Benefit Newborn Health and Data Collection
October 22, 2013
Washington, DC -- The nation’s ob-gyns have redefined ‘term pregnancy’ to improve newborn outcomes and expand efforts to prevent nonmedically indicated deliveries before 39 weeks of gestation. In a joint Committee Opinion, The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (The College) and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM) are discouraging use of the general label ‘term pregnancy’ and replacing it with a series of more specific labels: ‘early term,’ ‘full term,’ ‘late term,’ and ‘postterm.’
The following represent the fournewdefinitions of ‘term’ deliveries:
Early Term: Between 37 weeks 0 days and 38 weeks 6 days
Full Term: Between 39 weeks 0 days and 40 weeks 6 days
Late Term: Between 41 weeks 0 days and 41 weeks 6 days
Postterm: Between 42 weeks 0 days and beyond
Calendar“This terminology change makes it clear to both patients and doctors that newborn outcomes are not uniform even after 37 weeks,” said Jeffrey L. Ecker, MD, chair of The College’s Committee on Obstetric Practice. “Each week of gestation up to 39 weeks is important for a fetus to fully develop before delivery and have a healthy start.”
On average, a pregnancy with a single fetus lasts 40 weeks from the first day of the last menstrual period. This calculation determines a pregnant woman’s estimated date of delivery (EDD). Previously, babies were considered ‘term’ if they were born anytime between three weeks before and two weeks after the EDD (37–42 weeks of gestation). “Until recently, doctors believed that babies delivered in this five-week window had essentially the same good health outcomes,” said Dr. Ecker.
Research over the past several years, however, shows that every week of gestation matters for the health of newborns. The last few weeks of pregnancy within these 40 weeks allow a baby’s brain and lungs to fully mature. Babies born between 39 weeks 0 days and 40 weeks 6 days gestation have the best health outcomes, compared with babies born before or after this period. This distinct time period is now referred to as “Full Term.”
Planned deliveries before 39 weeks 0 days should occur only when there are significant health risks to a woman and/or the fetus in continuing the pregnancy, according to Dr. Ecker. Sometimes delivery before 39 weeks 0 days is unavoidable, such as when a woman’s water breaks or contractions come early.
Edit:
Want to add that of course babies are born healthy b C-section every day. Babies are born healthy if the mother has smoked , sometimes if they've had alcohol early on...but why risk it if you don't absolutely have to?
The important thing though is a healthy baby so whatever the doctor has to do to make that happen then that's ok.
As far as drugs go,I love getting high as much as the next person but I didn't want to be high in labor nomsayin?
I can take 16 hours of pain if it means making it easier on my babies....and yeah I felt like a badass afterwards but I don't think I'm any better than the next mom that used them.
If I had a cantelope sized head come out of my body without any narcotics I think I SHOULD feel like that's a fukcing badge of honor lol

Im below average , but have been with both tight and loose woman .
I dated a girl in her mid 30's , and we had a lot in common, practically marriage material .
The bad news was she had the biggest gaping hole ever . I couldn't cum , because you could practically clap your hands in there , and unless you were extremely well hung , I think it would be close or next to impossible to finish.
It also made it impossible to continue having a relationship , and the sad part was she was very cute , and had the nicest butt I've ever seen .
She had two children , and I've always wondered if she refused to get sewn up after giving birth ?
I heard there's an operation that she could have undergone later in life to fix this problem , but I doubt she would have it done . And I heard it's a fairly straight forward operation
