I want to go back to the days were cops dont show up unless you call them.. SRS. If someone is being that dangerous on the road, let me call the police and report them. Does the fire department cruise around all day looking for fires? Do the EMS/ambulances patrol around all day looking for people to save? No
Why are the police different? Oh yeah because the state can use them to extort money from citizens to funnel into their own pocket... the entire idea of police hiding to ticket people is ridiculous, another way to tax people with no real chance of fighting it

Especially in this type of situation where dude is obv. gassed up, he runs up on me like that I have every right to defend myself.
