Like others have said, she's light skin. I find her extremely attractive other than the hair. Usually I'm not attracted to black girls though. I can objectively see the beauty in the good looking ones but I have no desire to sleep with them. My sisters best friend is from Uganda and she's objectively one of the most beautiful girls I've ever seen if I'm being honest, I just am not attracted to her. I prefer middle eastern girls over all.

Pretty much this.
And I generally like to beable to run fingers through a girls hair and 9/10 times you can't do that with black women.

I can admit when any women is attractive, such as the one in the OP, but in my experience there is usually 2 things it comes down to when looking at women. There is always the women whom are nice to look at and are obviously good looking to anybody, but I have no desire to pursue them. And there are the ones who just have that "something" that draws my attention to them

The girl you posted in the OP is so obviously mixed race though. And she is not what comes to mind when think of a black female.

Edit: In general im not even in to black(have had 1 before) or white women(Never had) so I can't care less lol

It's an interconnected country with one degree of separation meaning that people tend to know each other's lineage. She is fully Rwandan and looks just like every other light skinned girl in the country. The only thing that sets her apart is her low hairline, where the average girl has a high forehead.

I could post hundreds of photos of similar looking girls but you'll probably insist the entire country has German genes. Lol at you people.

white people are the most robust so wide hips is not a black feature, if you actually interact with people straight from africa most of them of both genders have a wiry build, blacks in america are only big through mixing with whites
