Now she's almost doubled it and wants to attach herself to your finances. Many states are community property states, meaning that if you buy a house or anything in your name she we get half if you marry her and then divorce.
Plus she's mentally ill and lazy. I know a few people, some in their 30s, some in the 40s who still have crazy spending habits like this... They also live with parents unless they attach themselves to a partner and burden them with the bills. People like this dont learn, people enable them so they never face bankruptcy or homelessness or any other consequences.

jeez just saw she's actually 120k in debt. There's no way you can marry her.

I am also planning to join the Airforce at the end of the year. So the only way I could take her with me is if we get married. Which I am afraid to do because of her debt.

As of right now we aren't together and I am staying at my parents until I leave for the Airforce. Should I stay single? Thanks!

Other reasons to stay/go:
She is definitely bi polar
She is Crazy
She is madly in love with me
Head game is weak sauce
Is very lazy
Is Don Trump president of the United States?!??!??

Hell yes you should stay single, go nc on that ridiculous human

So basically she buys things she wants but doesn't need, with money she doesn't have.

Ask yourself this. Are you willing to pay off her debts? If the answer is yes, then marry her and pay off her debts. If the answer is no, then ditch her and don't have anything to do with her.

If you think you'll be able to control her spending once you two are married and financially intertwined your delusional. Her spending will only increase. So if she has around 120K in debt right now (After adding the student loan) how comfortable are you knowing that if you don't pay off her debts you are financially fukked as well? If you stay with her, it won't just be her responsibility to pay for. And guess what. If you two do get married, then get divorced. You'll be responsible for paying out that debt if she doesn't.

Add up stupid **** you're spending money on.

Literally LOL at having trouble living off $6K per month.

I go out for food and drinks twice a month, how about you?

How many unnecessary bills are you paying, etc?

**** I've lived off $500 a month while $400 of it was going towards my half of rent.

Now if I lived off $500 a month you really think I'd sweat living off several $1000/Mo.?

Just cause you earn more doesn't mean you have to spend more.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

They are probably trying to keep up with the Jones's.

Unless they live in NYC or LA or something like that they should be sitting pretty.

Average household income in America is like under 40K. Fukking lol @ a family that struggles to survive on an excess of 75K.

Im not going to talk to you about fanancial management. Because by you asking this question, I can tell it would be a waste of time.

A man should be managing a woman's finances if planning to marry. And she should be okay with that. If not, she's not committed.

But the other reasons you mentioned is why you should be leaving.

I hope to honest God you do not look at this woman again, let alone think of fukcing marrying her. She's a complete loser and will ruin your life. A materialistic, dopey hoe such as her will eventually divorce you because it will be a ticket to get her finances back in order and live a decent life when she is 45+. And she will drain you of your finances during the marriage even if you don't think so.

Just do it. Kick her to the curb. She is completely useless. By marrying her you're essentially inheriting 50% of her debt. Only marry her if you are completely insane and don't give a fukc about your future.

God forbid you actually have a kid with her. Then you are really screwed. Because she will use that kid as leverage for you to pay for her new shiit AND pay off her debt. Or she will just use the family courts as an intermediary lol.

There is plenty of pussy for you to knock yourself out over. Stay single and just fukc 20 year old pussy on the side. Don't put your life on the line for a used up 33 year old loose cannon. This is what love does to people - makes them go fukcing blind.

Make it work out mang.

She obviously can't handle money but money comes and goes and isn't that important in life. You should support her by trying to find ways to stop her spending addiction. I mean you already you put time in that relationship, why cut and run for 32k debt.

If she loved you OP she wouldn't have put possesions and spending money before you after you told her to get her act together. Are you now gonna turn around and put her before money?

It's the attitude to debt that matters, along with spending habits and it sounds like she resoundingly fails on both counts.

Regardless, if she's pretty she'll find a guy to marry and support her. Women know this. A bitter pill to swallow.

When I earned $45k (pre tax), I saved ~$16k per year.
