I asked my bf if I can post his transformation here bc let's be real, mine wasn't that great.

He started lifting when he was 12 so we don't have a true before picture. He used to compete in bodybuilding stuff until 10 years ago. After he quit, he... stopped eating so clean and um.. bulked a little too hard.

This is 2011, 5'9'' 220lb or so



And got this in a text this morning, 5'9" and 195 lb of sexy

They said she's gone too far this time

He really needs to go for the clean-shaved look though. A little manscaping would easily add a point or two to his physique and bring out a lot more definition.
