Yea brah. Like I said it was listed at about 160k and I offered 165 cause there was so much interest in it. They had a total of 8 offers in <1 day I believe is what they told me.

Dont think you can? As far as I was aware even from UK we need certain clearing to get in. You got to have a job in a certain field. May be wrong though but looked at it before.
