Living in London is goat, I'd only swap it for living in CA, USA or Liverpool UK (srs)

Australia seems to have picked up on this about a decade earlier than the US, largely skipping the hideous "McMansion" trend that engulfed America's suburbs up until the GFC.

Come to the south. For $300,000 you can a 3,000 square foot house on the water.

I own my 1400 square foot house built in 2009. Bought for 129K.
