wow. haven't misced in a couple weeks and come back to quality fraud thread. this is why I got out of the "bodybuilding community" 4ish years ago. Sure you have guys with gains that "look good" next to the average Joe, but it's largely fueled by raging insecurity and cope in other areas of life.
