bruh dating isnt on physical appearance alone. females that are below a guy on the attractive scale can still land him and get him to stay because personality does count.

Online dating sucks for women in the sense that they swipe through and match with a ton of guys then they might get flaked on or all the dudes want to do is bang.

Online dating sucks for guys because they can swipe 200 different chicks, then match with about 20 bots, and 3 overweight whales that want to be wined and dined and treated like a princess. Even an 'average' looking girl will get more matches/messages then a 8/10 male.

Basically women have so many options they can be nit picky and complain about no good men are interested. Guys have so few options they settle for someone thats 4-5 points below them in terms of attractiveness and are just happy they are getting laid.

The issue is not with the apps but its with the unrealistic expectations that both men and women have just performing simple interaction on a hourly/daily/weekly/yearly frequency. This phenomena is relatively easy to spot when meeting people IRL but these apps make this more transparent.
