Thank you!

I'm planning to get to that condition again this year but with a bit more size.

Thia morning weighed in at 179.6 still with visible abs..
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Yeah I took a 6 week break from alcohol last fall. Think that actually made my tolerance worse.

Not mad at all. We should be in the 40s next week again. Some serious cold for a few weeks is about right.

ROugar I'd offer to bring you coffee in bed if I didn't already drink the whole pot myself... actually I was drinking 1-2 pots daily, plus coffee beverages from Starbucks, gas stations, fast food joints etc...cut that out this year and I had a massive headache and shakiness the first two days just stopped cold turkey

Geezer reality moment today. I increased the contribution % on my 401k at work . . . because I am eligible to start making catch-up payments this year when I turn 50 in May.

I'm very hit or miss. There are nights where me and the friends will go downtown and get nutzo and feel fine, and there are nights where I go have a beer and pizza and feel like death.

Before you go to sleep, first you need this...

Then this...

And of course this...

And if you're not 100% the next day, repeat process (maybe try a differen't burger joint) Just lol if this isn't part of your drinking routine. I got so fukt up on new years I think I gave myself brain damage. I still don't feel right, but I was fresh as a daisy the next day because I follow a strict protocol. Obviously doesn't fix brain damage tho.

I've found out that chugging water before bed after drinking is the best help. But you can't undo that the next day if you forget.
