ITT everyone underestimates the impact a solid bench can have on your physique. EVeryone's on point about body fat though. Anything over 15% and natties look like chit. Anything under 15% and natties look small in clothes. You have to pick your battles.

Also you did Texas Method for a YEAR and still have a 225 bench? HOW? Did you increment in 1lb intervals the entire year?

WHAT THE FOOK

How many times did you have to reset progressing on TM before you moved on? This thread is classic TRex mode. I don't even know why people are acting surprised.

You're suffering from the same issue that I face.

At 135 lbs I could:

-Squat 335 lbs
-Bench 235 lbs
-Deadlift 415 lbs

But I look like I've never touched a weight in my life.

Being strong!= looking strong.

I've given up heavy lifting in favour of 8-12 rep range, and focusing on all the body parts that I'm missing, as well as eating.

You probably need to do the same.

Edit: Based on the pictures it looks like you need to cut.

In all seriousness youre gonna look pretty small if you cut, not a whole lot of muscle mass to cut to, but on the bright side youll still look better than now. Cut and change your diet and programming from there, unfortunately may be youre fighting genetics as well as i said earlier, no hate.

I guarantee you will look bigger after losing 10kg srs. You're 20% bf and need to cut. Also, a 225lb bench for 1 rep touch n go isnota strong lift. When you weigh 80kg @ 6ft and can bench 225 for 5 paused reps then you're going to look miles better
SS + GOMAD is all you need srs

im thinking it could be test. ive done one blood test and it was pretty low. might go to a doc to confirm with better testing. but it wasnt clinically low. may be something else dunno
Do volume work. Like 8-12 rep work drop sets and supersets the bro science stuff that many people diss but actually works.
5x5 doesn't build muscle like volume work does.
Strength and compounds are tools looks like you only focussed on building strength and that ****ed you over.

If you go with traditional thinking there is no way in hell you ate those calories and built such strength and still look like this. Yet here we are. Do bb style workouts buddy

Edit: people are posting about lifting heavier still. I'm not gonna say I know better than all of em but based on my experience trust me buddy volume work is the way to go...do the strength stuff if you like it but make volume work your topmost priority

Are you stressing the **** out over this? Stress may decrease your test. Don't stress about it. if you believe the 5x5 monkeys then your test and gains should have been through the roof but they are not.
Relax and do volume work

Although genetics do play a huge role in gains....

There are 2 reasons people don’t see the gains they want:

1. Bad nutrition (ESPECIALLY NOT ENOUGH PROTEIN)

2. Not lifting heavy enough.

You’re skinny so if you haven’t tried pounding 57382g of protein a day and lifting heavy af then you can’t blame genetics

****ing EAT.. old rules still apply you want to look like you are 210lbs? eat like your 210lbs. We are all guilty of it, we either dont eat enough and complain about being small, or we eat much and have a gut and wonder why we arent shredded.

Unless your tracking every bite least for a while to see how your body responds then you are doing it wrong.

#1 problem is everyone telling you these are good numbers and should make you look like you lift lol?, a 225 bench and row for 1 touch and go is attainable for someone training with 6-12 months, really poor for 4 years training and it shows.

mantain your lower body strength, but put more of an emphasis on upper body lifts, bench, incline - put 50 pounds on your 1 rep max over the course of the next 6 months and i assure you will see progress.

Do a cut, get down to 10%, and then focus on a year lean bulk, put big numbers on all your upper body lifts, rows, ohp, bench, incline whilst doing a bunch of volume work on your arms and delts. the lifts you stated are by no means impressive and you don't look like you lift, any suprise?

Focus on perfecting your form on bench, take a powerlifting approach for your setup without the pronounced back arch that limits ROM.

Mind is blown at how many of you are saying 8-12 rep range is GOAT. Complete polar shift from a few years back when everyone thought compounds should be heavy in the 3-6 and accessories should be 8-12.

OP you need to increase volume (more exercises, more sets, more reps, more TUT) lower the weight for now, and focus on moving the weight with the muscle and not EGO lifting, good MMC.

next, I would recommend cutting to 175-180. get real lean so you have a solid base to lean bulk from. you may look skinny, but you'll look a lot better ripped than you do skinnyfat. You may even gain some muscle from the increase in volume.

The OHP is less believable to me. This thread smells kinda bready anyways.

Forever, people got big and ripped off of a clean diet and bro splits/ high volume workouts, then all of a sudden the internet arrives and a bunch of fat neckbeards start promoting low volume powerlifting with ridiculous amounts of squats and deadlifts, IIFYM (or EEIS "eat everything in sight") and gallons of milk. Now we have people like OP and thousands of bad body T Rexes running around who can't figure out why they look like sht. Powerlifting is cool, if that is what you are into, but it isn't the best method for getting aesthetic.

Cut to auschwitz size and start over following a proper program (google Lyle McDonald's upper/lower spilt and add in lateral raises, your shoulders need it) and start eating a proper diet and cut down your alcohol intake.

You dun goofed.
