Been many years since I hit 315lb, max reps I did was for 4. Regarding jumping from 275 to 315, I just focused on increasing my rep range on 275 (managed to get up to 10 reps on that weight). Then made the jump to 315.

There's no secret in getting from any certain 1RM max to another... depending on your size you may just be very near your maximum strength, although probably not. But once you get near it it can take forever to make gains. I got to a 300 lb. bench by 16 at 185 lb., and didn't get to 315 until 19 at 200 lb. Took until 23 at 215 lb. to get to 340, now I'm 24 and 180 lb. and am back to 315.
Just bench heavy often, it'll go up.

Making the same mistakes more often do little to help you progress. Also HIGHLY skeptical of your Age 16 300 pound bench in the 185 class.

Bench 4-5 times a week using different variations. Find your sticking points and hammer the chit out of them. In any given week on my programming my two main movements are Bench and Slingshot with Incline, Legs Up, and close grip as my secondary variations. Isolate your shoulders and triceps as well.
It also took gaining some weight. I'm about 187 right now but I could pretty confidently hit 325/330 if I programmed to peak.

Used to rep 325 when I was in my early twenties. We would supplement our bench routine a few different ways. Negative reps, load up and have a spotter and go slowly down and assisted up. Pause reps, just as they sound, lower to the chest and touch light enough to be able to pull a piece of paper out from between the bar and chest, pause was for about 2 seconds. Keep tension in the chest and dont relax at anytime for this. And lastly load up the bar to max or above. Unrack it and hold it at the top for a few moments. This helps get through the awkward feeling of the unrack and having a massive amount of weight on the bar.

Where is anguspeppered? Dude goes around estating in every bench thread while having essentially no chest to speak of, so it’s nice to see him needing to put up or shut up finally.

Dunno what to tell you bout my bench at 16, I ran Texas method for 3.5 years straight. Didn’t even know it then, just was listening to my weight training coach. Couldn’t squat 225 tho lmao.
I’m still close with about 10 Bros from that class that could vouch, and could go back to my high school and find my dated signature on the power rack I did it on, if you really want some sort of proof.

Make sure your back is strong as fk, don't be lazy with face pulls and chit. I've already seen your bench vids, your technique seems good.

I think people in general who preach "natty limit" while in their early 20s or late teens honestly don't know what they are talking about.
While it is true that I dont see many people benching 315, it doesn't mean that nobody reps it easily.
The long and short of it is you need to put the work in - just SMH at the talk about perms and gear for a weight that is certainly achievable with committed training.

Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."
