Article is pretty much true srs. Im a 36 y o male. I only date girls under 30. Girls in their 30s are often either dating balding/short men their age or guys 45-50. Exceptions would be think fitness chick with abs and fake breasts. She still has some sexual market value.

If you have anything going for you as a guy, meaning you lift and are 12% bf, or have other gifts (height / face / rich / funny etc) youre not going to date 30 somethings when youre 30 something. Aging has hit women by this time and youre hyperaware how easy it would be to dribble a little precum in one that will be 50 when youre accident kid is finally out of the house.
