Thankfully where I'm located I go the opposite direction of most traffic on the 408 to and from work, but every single day it's bumper to bumper for everyone heading into the city. The I4 is pretty awful from my experience so far too. I just got here a few weeks ago though so still figuring things out.

tampa is more known for partying but definitely some skeevy parts. orlando is definitely touristy but i haven't seen too many bad parts in it. doesn't mean they don't exist but at least i haven't seen them

Worst city in Florida might be a stretch, it's got its merits but pretty much it's a giant tourist trap, and people here have some really godawful personalities from what I've seen so far. That said, I've enjoyed myself moderately so far.

My parents are in Winter Park now and it's been nice when I visit them. I'd still say Tampa/St. Pete for a younger crowd.
