Has anyone dropped any one thing from their diet and had it make a profound impact?

I actually added more eggs and red meat into my diet. I notice a big difference in my skin, hair, and nails. Also bags under my eyes are starting to fade away, my dink is harder in the morning and my overall sex drive is up. On top of that my lifts in the gym are also increasing rapidly again. I used to focus on getting my fats from almonds, pistachios, and what ever sounded good that was plant based, but after this last month I don’t know if I can go back. Feeling way too good.

went vertical.
rice, meat, eggs, pomegranate juice, spinach, bell peppers and carrots is the building blocks of my diet. Then I rotate other foods trying to experiment how they make me feel. Just slight differences.
If you're content with eating the same chit every day then it's the best.
a few years ago I cut out candy, chips and other junkfood. At the time I didn't really feel any different but it was a huge money saver.

I don't go to the gym anymore so above stats are useless.
Only do weighted calastentics in the comfort of my own home!

It's unfortunate people are listing dairy. Raw Organic Diary has never been the issue. It has always been pasteurized Diary which basically makes diary a dead food and somewhat toxic to the body.
For me, it has been Refined Sugar and Wheat. Both are extremely toxic to the human body and aren't necessary to the human body.

Is there anything bad about having a bowl of rice every day or 5-6 days of the week?

I started on the Keto diet about 5 months ago so removing gluten was almost inherent. On top of that, I ingest more turmeric and ginger. I eat tons of spinach, asparagus, and mushroom. Out of all this, the biggest benefit is that my seasonal allergies are almost completely gone. Occasional itchy eye from pollen, but rare. I can probably contribute that to less gluten/carbs in general and/or turmeric. No more sinus congestion which was my biggest nuissance every spring especially. My mix of turmeric, ginger, and apple cider vinegar each night before bed knocks me right the fuk out within 20 minutes of going to bed. It's been clockwork for the past month since I started doing that.
I do eat about a pound of meat a day, which can be chicken, pork, or red meat. I only use avocado oil or grapeseed oil for cooking, or i'll add coconut/mct oil to my meal after it has been cooked.
I added 6 tbsp of hemp hearts daily which are regarded a super food.
