As others have said the key is mental strength. The only thing you can control is yourself and that is all you need to worry about. You can't control what others say or do and you can not let it derail you, you have to ignore it or use it to drive you harder. Dealing with haters is actually part of the process of success.

When someone feels the need to put you down it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with their sadness and insecurities they are trying to hide which is why they pick on easy targets that they think won't have the self esteem to respond. You should take comfort in the fact that it doesn't work. Those insults won't actually make them feel any better about themselves and by continuing to improve yourself will only make them feel worse.

Just like money, improving your looks alone will not magically change everything but building the confidence in yourself through the work it will take to achieve better looks will definitely change the way others treat you.

Believe in yourself and others will follow.

^ listen to this guy OP

Honestly, if that happened in my gym I'd let the owner know myself and get the ******* kicked out for you, if you didn't.

He wouldn't want to escalate it outside either, even if he could have it over me. It'll come back.

I fukn can't stand people like that.. literally w/off into the ocean.
Jakes on you.

Op ive been and am in your situation, let me give you some advice

1) You have no other option than to keep pushing. Its either sit around and mope and get worse, or be the best you can.
2)Every rep you do, every mile you jog, ever second on an elliptical makes you look just minutely better than before you did it.
3) Dont give a fukc about what other people think, you are there to better yourself, and thats it.
4) Strength comes from within. Be confident in yourself. Be confident that everything you do is meant to make yourself a better YOU.
5) Tren hard eat clen and take a multi

But seriously. I used to be close to 300lbs in high school Right now im sitting at 196. Yes I have loose skin and stretch marks and will never look good with my shirt off. But guess what? Theres more to life than that. There is enjoyment from personal development, hobbies, friends, career, relationships with others, money, etc. You dont need to be the best looking dude to be happy. Free yourself from that mindset and you will be better.

Im open to talkk over PM whenever. We still gonna make it bro

We’re all skeletons in the end. We’re all the same. Just work on yourself & stop giving a rats behind about what ppl think
Second by second, you lose the opportunity of becoming the person you want to be.

Well personally I'm tired of LIFTING on this planet, think of the gains I could be making if my gym was elsewhere in the galaxy.

You're right but OP is the kinda person who hears people making fun of him for being fat then goes home and binge eats and wonders why things don't get better.

I heard there's an Earth like planet a couple of light years away with 5x the gravity. Want directions?

Who cares what some random ***gots think. I was with my brother in law and this lady kept on smiling at him and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me and this always happens when I'm with my friend too. I've only been called handsome/good looking by 1 girl in high school in my entire life it doesn't stop me from enjoying my life with my friends and my family.
