Except nobody is saying that. Everyone knows the truck is going to bait a bunch of low life bums but the point is its not helping the problem and most likely making things worse in the long run. If you setup some bait to get a recovering addict into smoking crack would that be some sort of victory when he relapses and you catch him? Not saying these people are recovering thieves by any means but they are vulnerable to taking an opportunity presented to them because of their **** lives.

Chitcago has enough problems already whats the point in manufacturing crime and making them hate cops even more? I don't know how cops work in these neighborhoods without eyes on their back especially pulling stuff like this and word gets out that tyrones cousin got baited by a truck full of J's by some "pigs"

Trucks get broken into and have their cargo stolen on a regular basis. I like how they act like this is only happening because the police set this up. The guys breaking into a truck on a public street like that ain't their first rodeo. They are ****bags likely birthed from ****bags.
