1% can probably hit 315 though, which is 1 out of 100. Hardly impressive especially considering that at least 50% of lifters either dont know what they are doing or are too inconsistent to make it to 315,

It's 2018 and guys are still wanting to be impressed by what someone else lifts in the gym.

great bench pressers make for chitty deadlifters. Chitting on dudes for having a >400lb bench in ANY situation is short sighted. Clearly that dude lifts.

Every miscer is 6'3'' 225 lbs, makes over 100k, and has at least a 585 deadlift.

My 61 year old father can pull 5 plates, it's not impressive. I maxed out last year 545x15. No cell-tech now so I sit around 6 plates for a triple but maybe once a month. High rep deadlift recover is not worth the minimal hypertrophy. Get better results with rack pulls and rdl and don't feel beat up all the time.
Sure bro, I believe you. I'm also 6'2 250lbs shredded at the moment, and benching 350 for reps, 210 max ohp, and 5 plate squat. Even my 10 year old bro can dead 5 plates (Also natty). No vids or pics of course, but then this is the internet so what I said must be true...

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Hyooge deathlifts are cope for poverty bench and OHP for guys cuz a 10 year old can lift 1 pl8 on first try and move up to 2 pl8s next time... I blame the increase in popularity on the increase of fitness sloots, it's their go to exercise cuz get to take attention whoring pics and talk about hard work in IG posts like their asses weren't already like that cuz genetics...

Anything under a 5,000 lbs deadlift isn't all that impressive tbh.
