What makes you think the consequences are any more severe for hitting a minor then an adult?


If that would have happened where I work he'd have been issued a misdemeanor summons for simple battery (similar to a traffic ticket). And had to go to court in 3-6 months to pay a fine. Unless she suffered an injury that required hospitalization then that'd have turned into a felony.

Fuk man, when I was a kid I was terrified of adults. I was raised that way. Wouldnt dream of disrespecting an adult even verbally let alone physically. I'd end up grounded and my ass beat. I remember telling my mom to shut up once and my dad picked me up and threw me into a wall. Broke my nose and I had my first day of school later that morning. Had to tell ppl I fell down the stairs.

Still nothing but respectful towards everyone unless absolutely necessary...
