I know there are strict rules on discussing peds but I just wanted to say a guy I used to work withs friend had muscle wasting and had really good results with something called sarms.
Worth a look but I think they are basically a ped so I won’t discuss any further here, just worth knowing there are options out there.

After what some of you said misc, I had a think and i will be for the time being keeping away from posting, I dont think i'm helping myself until i actually get more tests and things done. Probably will see the Neurologist after my test results come back anyway.

Haven't posted in a while, but semi update i guess as things are moving along. I had my Ck levels tested which is guess was to see if there was any muscular breakdown to rule out muscle diseases. Well they came back at 364, the normal range is 38-190, so higher than the upper normal, but not super high such as in people with muscle diseases, who would could have it in the thousands. Moderately elevated CK can coincide with ALS as well. I have a EMG where they check nerves and stuff on Monday where the results of the test should make things much clearer on what i have. Fingers crossed its completely normal.
My body doesnt feel much much different since i last posted apart from my thumbs cramping using the computer a lot, twitches still all over, and when my left arm burning from tiredness quicker than my right while curling which is weird depending im left handed anyway. Will report on Monday results. Peace.
