In the US, though laws are local/state level, they all pretty much talk about the "primary aggressor", meaning if youre a man hitting a woman back the police will just arrest you and say you retaliated too harshly and that YOU were the aggressor even if you didnt start it. Its fuked but thats the way it is.

A lot of times they will go after the man and say he was the primary aggressor based on his response and him being a man and stronger ect.

Their own criteria for determining primary aggressor does not mention who first attacked. That is fact. It does not tell them to try to determine who attacked first. If that was a criteria, video or no video, it would tell them to attempt to determine who attacked first and use that as a criteria. I made nothing up. You are in denial that male and females are treated differently by law enforcement.

not on this Earth. even in a man v man case if man #1 knocked out man #2 after being hit several times #1 will likely get arrested for reacting to harshly.


good luck to any guys that get attacked by a female. your options are take a beating or go to jail and some times it ends up being both. it is incredibly hard to neutralize a violent female flailing all over the places scratching and biting anything near her without injuring her. I've worked in bars long enough to see countless examples of this. it's sorta like dealing with a rabid cat. sure you're a lot bigger and stronger but if you don't stomp it out in one shot you're going to get torn up pretty badly regardless.
