Of course it's unfair, but life isn't fair. It doesn't mean she's a bad person, but I've met multitudes of lovely women that would have made terrible partners because they grew up in broken homes. If a girl (or guy for that matter) grew up in a broken home, they subconsciously adopted some of those issues. It's just about probabilities.

- Always on social media/texting. Demonstrates endless requirement for social gratification and attention. Also highlights a short attention span.

- regularly rude to servers and family. Demonstrates how she truly behaves towards people she's not trying to get something out of.

- social media posts are majority selfies. Demonstrates high levels of narcissism and a need for constant attention and gratification.

- always referring to someone as "a friend" in conversation. "a friend" is multiple men she's interacting with and actively dating/fukking

- has been single for a reasonable amount of time after 30. While not ALWAYS indicative (some girls are straight unlucky or have been regularly fukked over) , it can highlight a history of failed relationships due to lack of commitment, cheating etc. Cheating is usually a regular process for them.

It depends what your intentions are with them.

I mean if an attractive female says something like: "I want to drain your balls tonight" on a first date, then that's a red flag for long term but it's a hell of a green flag for some fun.

Everyone is on point anyway with red flags for long-term/marriage, but in Western countries good luck finding someone without a combination of a few. No matter what, there's always going to be a risk and you have to decide how risky someone is and if you're prepared to put up your success/life for it.

It's called triangulation and is a common tactic used by extremely manipulative people. Another form of it is where they simultaneously are everyone's best friend yet talk mad sh*t behind the back of whoever isn't in the room.
