I agree that celebrating like you won the lottery when it's 10-0 is tasteless though.

yeah there's no way 764 million are watching that. it's probably less than 100 million.

I didn't know the women's world cup was going on until you posted this. Also lol at the pics demanding pay because they "work just as hard" as the men. I'm not a soccer guy, hell most of the US population doesn't care about soccer but we ALL know when the men's world cup is about to start and is in progress. That's the reach and revenue they produce so of course they get paid more.

I have absolutely no problem with them beating the piss out of Thailand, go all out and crush them 13-0, but don't act like a pompous ass when you're doing it. Like, what is there to be proud of, you're an allstar team whooping a team of nobodies.Multiple people have said what she just said. She’s 100% correct. Almost the double hat trick too

"Yeah I am going to cheer when whoever scores their first goal in the world cup", you're scoring every 6 minutes, you're goals are meaningless. Maybe score against a real team that actually matters.
lol @ being proud of scoring against a chit team when you play on the top team in the world and have put up more goals than players in a soccer game.
Germany put up 7 on Brazil in the fuking quarters, not round robin and by the 4th goal they barely were cheering anymore.

Let's not forget they got beat by under 15 boys...

The FC Dallas U-15 Academy team beat the U.S. Women' s National Team, 5-2
The U.S. women’s national soccer team is considered the best in the world, champions of the 2015 World Cup and winners of multiple Olympic gold medals.
All those awards didn’t intimidate an MLS academy squad.
As noted by CBS Soccer, the U.S. women prepared for a pair of friendly matches against Russia with a scrimmage against the U-15 academy squad for MLS club FC Dallas.
Final score? Five-to-two … FC Dallas.
To be fair, it was just a scrimmage, which means the U.S. women were working on team chemistry and on pitch alignment and strategy more than they were focused on results. Still, a three-goal victory by a bunch of teenage boys (high school freshmen at the oldest) against the world’s best women is no small accomplishment.
Luckily, the scrimmage apparently did the trick for the U.S. women, too: the Americans routed Russia, 4-0, Thursday night in front of a patriotic crowd in Frisco, Texas … right where they’d lost to 15-year-olds days earlier.

This is how you celebrate your first goal when you're blowing out a team.
Other than Fonzie going crazy (his first Bundesliga goal), everyone else just playing it cool (other than Ribery because he like that proud dad). And this is 5-0, not 10-0.

Celebrating after 5-0 is pathetic. Celebrating at 13-0 should get you banned from all sports.

SJW's out in full force today calling for "equal pay" because the women's team has blown a team out, and the men are losing - and the women make less money. That's nice and all, but taking two seconds to use logic I'm guessing the reason why is that men's soccer is a much bigger sport, and brings in way more viewership/ticket sales/revenue etc... (i.e. NBA vs WNBA). Do you even logic?
