I think this was posted already a few days ago.

If a desperate creeper wanted a woman to inspect, touch & wax his genitals, then what stops him from putting on a wig, claiming trangenderism, and going to a female waxing business?

And it's just not right to force employees to work on male genitalia when they signed up for a female-only business. The women who work there may not be comfortable touching male parts. Perhaps they're married, for example.
