Hes claiming a 924 squat and a 572 bench. The plate math doesn't seen there to me.

I'm assuming you mean the other way round, i dunno some people are just built for one thing. I have good leverages for deads and bad for squats, so my squat is poverty compared to my dead, but then im not in 900lbs territory

Same plate breakdown on the squat, bench is two 10s, four 25s per side is 120, times two is 240, plus bar is 260. Math is fun!

Guys legit one of the most gifted guys i've seen, i trained at the same gym as him for a while (evolution) and he gave me some pointers, i also know lots of guys who got into lifting with him and he did 600lbs his first ever time deadlifting lol, and now he's just done his first BB show at 40 and looked great. 2 WSM podium finishes then bodybuilding, crazy to me

Its absolutely not the same plate breakdown as on the deadlift though and you're straight hoping that's the case on the bench. Delusion is fun!

No it's not, hes not using green plates and all the small ones are thinner, clearly different than the ones he used on deadlift. Open your eyes and use them, thanks.

Absolutely calling bs on his squat and bench though, and probably ohp as well.

220kg bench seems like it is probably legit. Can't really say anything about the rest of them. Although now that I think of it why wouldn't he just use a 5th blue plate, he clear has the room. Those could be 10 or 20 kg on the end. Either way its a highly respectable bench, no need to inflate. Dude is clearly strong.

The video is in black and white, so obviously they wouldn't appear green. There used to be black and white movies and you can check them to see what I'm saying (srs they actually existed). This movie came out in 1980, but still in black and white.

It's fascinating really.

Yeah, wonder why that is. Probably because the black bumpers weigh less than the green. But heres the thing, green is lighter in color than black and will look lighter in a black and white film, the same way black and white actors look to have different skin tones in a black and white film. All the plates look the same color. Are you really suggesting all the plates in the gym are green now?

He can defend himself later, I have no ulterior motive for saying his lifts are real. In fact, I was the one who first said, "so you’re the greatest 275 powerlifter of all-time?" All this time going back and forth can be better utilized by increasing hotness levels.

He talked about it on his youtube channel, he got lazy and was training only twice a week. I think he's getting back into it now. A lot of serious lifters have to take time off occasionally. I know a few girls in my weight class who only compete every other year. I'll probably take a few months off after nats myself unless I qualify for the Arnold. Burnout is high in a sport where new talent is always coming up and where after a certain level its hard to put lbs on your total.

Dang, i assume there isn't a lot of money in the sport either so there isn't the greatest of incentives to keep some people going.

I'm being dead fkn serious here men. You need to stop worrying about this whole lean/abs/ Brad Pitt thing and actually lift /be in a caloric surplus for at least a year. Gain at least 27 lbs over the course of that year

Of course I'm pretty sure you're a troll and I've wasted 1.5 minutes of my time typing that.
