To people talking bout chitty genetics from before pics, truth is: You really don't know your genetics until you start lifting.
Before someone starts adding on muscle, the only genetics you can see is bone structure but that's pretty much it.

how does can anyone confirm Zyzz had horrible genetics for building muscle. He was pretty tall, good jaw so we should assume hormonally he is balanced. It was probably just a case. of. him literally not doing any physical activity.

2. Potatoes, chicken patty (1-2) asparagus, cheese, salsa, ranch (600-1200 calories)
3. Oats + peanut butter + whey isolate shake in milk (1000 calories).
4. Burritos with beef, egg, celery, red bell pepper. (600-1000 each).
repeat any as needed. Apples, granola bars, bananas in between meals. Sunflower seeds (shelled), pistachios, walnuts, etc.
5. Greek yogurt (live cultures, unsweetend) + vitamin d 1000 IU after breakfast.

Workout plan:
Strong lifts 5x5 M W F. Throw in laying down tricep extensions, hammer curls, curls, lunges, incline bench, shrugs as needed while alternating. I have a gym (squat rack, barbells, bench, dumbells) at home so there's no excuse to not lift.

Question:
Can I attain zyzz physique? If not can anyone pm me zyzz's complete cycle I think I'm ready for this. (half srs)
Zyzz wasn't natty and the substance abuse is what contributed to his death. Be the best you. You don't want to be Zyzz.

Complete cope. The biggest guys I know were all like 200 pounds at age 15 mogging everyone without even doing anything. I know dudes that have a built physique and are like 225 and dont even lift.

Zyzz was a skinny twink ecto gym bro that abused the chit out of gear to get his 200 pounds physique that everyone seems to get wet over. I see average gym bros nowadays mogging him into oblivion and prolly running 1/4 of the chit he used to take so he could look decent while doing his bro splits and and doing coke on the weekends.

Also strong being a grown ass man and worshipping this kunt like a teenage girl...

Yeah man. You're only 20 years old. You will get busier as life goes on, but if you keep lifting with a solid routine by the time you're 26 or so, you will be a beast while all the other guys who eat like **** will be skinny fat. If you think about it, most professional athletes don't reach their physical prime until they are around 27 or 28. Therefore, you have a lot of time left. I'm around your age as well (22), but I understand that I won't see true aesthetics for maybe another 2 years. If lifting were easy, then anyone would do it. People, however, just tend to quit after 2 or 3 months (the so called "new year resolutioners).

Anyways, don't quit. With hard work, your results will pay off. I believe in you.

Read his book. This is what Zyzz said in his "bodybuilding bible."

"Mesomorphs generally have a great metabolism and put muscle on easily. These are the lucky ones – I wasn’t lucky enough to fall directly in this category. Meso- morphs need a diet very similar to an ectomorph."

Just saw that Zyzz was 6'2 tall. Didn't realize he was that tall. Also he had a really good power to weight ratio.

Can't imagine what his 100 and 400 meter dash times would be at that height and low bodyfat. Prob 10.49 in the 100 and 45.89 in the 400 without even trying.
