Ambush is a great word.

It's wasn't direct murder but the "ambush" method of approaching him set into motion a chain of events that led to a violent death.

I know that Third Degree Murder somehow but I also think the laws they have about this stuff contributed to it a lot. You're allowed to chase, you're allowed to chase with a gun, but I don't know if there's laws about HOW you're supposed to conduct yourself.

And in addition to that, the fact that we now have evidence that Arbury was trespassing multiple times..we have reason to believe he wanted to evade potential arrest

This. I liked the video and agree with everything, but that part.
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.

You're correct.

There's something wrong with the law if you're able to do this to a "suspect". I can see if you're witnessing say a stabbing in the street, and you SAW IT, then freak out and give chase. But, they don't know what this guy was doing. He could have been "exploring" in a stupid way, or thinking about committing a crime, but then decided not to.

What if he was going to steal, and then talked himself out of it, got chased and shot to death?

I just don't think chasing with guns in this situation is right.

People ITT arguing it was 2 racists murdering a black guy out "jogging" couldn;t name the last 10 murders in Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago, philadelphia.

Seeing people refer to this grown assed man as "kid" as well.

Holy fuk you guys are so easily baited by the MSM into righteous anger or self-hatred.

i didn't know anything about this case.. but from what i saw.. the fuk? those are good neighbors

i was trying to put myself in the black dudes shoes. lets say he was allowed to be there, he was visiting his friend. would he have, or would i, in that situation run away? no.

dude knew he did something wrong. shouldn't have been in that house

now, i agree the white guys prob could have just let him run off, but at the same time they were being diligent. guy is still scared and thinks he's gonna get caught so tries to wrestle gun away from him

i saw the guy in the video had a hard time just saying he was "trying to get it away" - more than likely he was going to grab it and then use it. from there you escalate a situation into a deadly one that may require someone using force

now, like i said, i haven't followed this case and didn't even know it happened, so maybe im extremely ignorant but that's what i saw. and im not sure why people would have a problem with neighbors having a problem with people breaking into other's houses

"SPEEDING AFTER YOU?" they were sitting in the middle of the road...
"WITH SHOTGUNS" ...yea in GA its legal to open carry..but you make it seem like they were guns blazing and pointing the guns at him

Let me ask you this..if this kid didnt do anything wrong why was he running away so fast?

He obviously didn't deserve to die, and those men need to be locked up for manslaughter, but it's bullshiit how people automatically turn this into a 'racist white men vs well behaved minority who wasn't doing anything wrong' story.

Every single time this happens, the public and celebrities lap it up, but it ALWAYS comes out that the deceased was doing something they shouldn't have been doing.
How dare you!

Don't let yourself get attached to anything you are not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if you feel the heat around the corner.

The whole was he robbing a place or not debate is stupid. Even if he robbed a house, the punishment for robbing a house shouldn't be getting chased down in a pickup truck and shot by two random rednecks.

youre absolutely right. If those 2 dudes walked up to him and shot him after he took a hammer that would be wrong

ive seen literally nothing about this case aside from the video ITT so thats what im
basing my opinion on.

First of all, i ignore all of these cases these days because it sickens me that the media uses them to race bait for ratings. On top of that they report blatantly fake news in regards to the case in order to stir up more hate. Lastly because they only show cases where a black man is killed by a white man and NEVER the reverse, which is statistically more likely to occur.

ok with that out of the way, he clearly broke the law and the shotgun bruhs seem to be within their rights to chase him down with guns (if the guy in the video is correct on georgia law).

Does that mean the shotgun brahs SHOULD have done that? I mean i wouldnt...why even out yourself in a situation like this over a crime like potential robbery of an empty dwelling? thats kind of silly. call the cops while you follow him, if you must follow him.

But then, why on earth would you ever charge at someone pointing a fuking shotgun at you? by doing that I do believe the shotgun bruhs became within their right to shoot him. If he grabs the shotgun he could then kill you so of course you shoot him. Just run away...if they shoot you then, THEN its totally murder.

Guy with a criminal background just happens to be "jogging" in a novel neighborhood away from a construction site. Riiiiight. I knew from the beginning that there was more to the story (no e-brag).
