Like an above miscer said, some of these areas can actually work out. I was in Copenhagen Denmark, and there is a free city called Christiania. Really cool area to stop into and spend a day. But that place was like leagues better than CHAZ.

I really lost it at the garden and the "call the police" comment. Absolute gold here.
