I did see something where they said some people were experiencing scarring in their lungs and reduced lung capacity. Stay safe OP, and I hope you feel better. Might take a few months to get back to normal, but stay in there.

It is not unusual to lose lung capacity when dealing with a respiratory illness.

You can also train your lungs to increase capacity - just google it for exercises you can do to help yourself in that area

Just goes to show

Concentrating on cardio fitness, eating vegetables and absolutely never going near any oj, which is how op surely lives, is no guarantee of not getting covid.

My wife currently has covid. she has had it for about a week or so and seems to be doing better so far. Hope she doesn't have the same after effects as you do... sorry to hear that bro

after the results came in the doctor told her its nothing to worry about and that nearly everyone would catch this at some point. he then took off his mask, her mask and his gloves, shook her hand and said "see? nothing to worry about. treat it like the common cold."

Some older French doctor who came in after the nurse did the testing. He said no one has an immune system for it so we'll continue to see it spread. He also mentioned that the "recent large gatherings of people did not help" so lol

A year and a 1/2 ago I had pneumonia. No covid nonsense. It took me a long time before I felt strong again. It was actually kind of disturbing. Any kind of cardio was hard too. So, it probably isn't Covid causing this. Good ol' pneumonia is bad enough. I don't think covid is the big factor they think it is.

Are you still drinking Tropicana? Known to weaken immune system, probably why you’re still having lingering effects otherwise it sounds like scarring of the lungs. Sucks boyo, but at least you’re still here.

Only PimpMasterC has shown understanding of what we are dealing with. As the leading authority on all things that require a brain, I endorse his post and have included it below for the idiots who think Covid-19 is a joke.

Idiots in this world have underestimated this entire thing, and it´s all part of thd NWO plan to make people sterile and damaged.

Many people have symptoms for many months, many. It will be the norm, rather than the exception, especially after they get infected a second time, a third time, or a 4th time.

SARS survivors can´t live a normal life years later. It turned into a chronic disease, and in many cases it got worse over the years, not better. Both SARS and the new coronavirus aka SARS 2, can do permanent damage to the brain and other organs. This is a fact, and anyone with a brain should know this. Some will do fine, but others will literally have brain and nerve damage.

I never got tested (UK testing of peace) but had all the symptoms (cough, fever, head ache, sweats etc) of it just when it was announced it was in the UK.

I couldn't run properly for over a month after. Srs. Just felt like breathing in sawdust.

I also noticed a decrease in cognative ability and an increase in lethargy. This has still not gone away. Can't keep attention on anything to save my life.

Hoping this is all in my head, but I don't think so. Ded srs.

COVID symptoms gravity are apparently closely linked to the amount of androgenic hormones in the body.
By the looks of it OP has quite a few. He might have had more severe symptoms than your usual COVID+ patient.

Keep hydrated. Avoid crowded areas and rest well.

It will be a long recovery and I am still undecided whether we can rid the virus from our bodies or not.

Not only that, but weakened heart, kidney, livers and brains too. Even people with few symptoms have showned to have organ damage. This will change the world beyond your wildest imagination.

It´s not just a respitory illness, it´s also a blood disease. Current data suggest it can cause permanent brain damage, ranging from mild to severe, and it´s not uncommon. It goes on a rampage thoughout the whole body if not stopped quick, and it hides form the immune system, and can likely become a chronic disease, just like SARS 1. Keep in mind thats it´s most likley man made, and it has mutated several times. So, a man made virus with simalarities to HIV and rabies, has mutated further. It has turned into something not organic at all. Many in your situation OP, and there will be many more. Most of the world will probably be infected, since the leaders and the people have completely failed.

Mattbro95: Many people are having the same neurological symptoms. Sounds similar to what SARS survivors had to go through, see video above.

When you choose to come out of hiding and actually back up your toughness, you can talk to the aleeboy. I don't have time to talk to trolls, but I will just say this to my misc brahs again thatCovid-19 is real and people should do whatever they can to avoid it. Also, thinking you have immunity and/ or mild symptoms should not give one a false sense of confidence.

Good luck people. I believe only the strongest will survive this.

I had it two month ago and my symptoms were pretty mild but since I recovered I can’t workout anymore. I can finish my workout but the next day I will be in bed all day with cold like symptoms and shortness of breath that lasts a couple of days. I went to the hospital and they said everything looks good and I’m totally fine.

OP, that is terrible and scary to hear that. Do you do any breathing exercises to try to build up your lung function?

That might be because a lot of people don't even exercise, so they're not really seeing the full effects of damage it might have done to their lungs.
