The other guys were fairly restrained and although it was a sucker punch in the true sense of it I guess, the guy was talking a lot of **** and going on and on and oh well that's what happens. There is a risk in the guy hitting him as well and if he's found perhaps there will be legal trouble, but again he reacted to something and there are potential consequences for both sides. All in all it's best to ignore overly loud people when you can and it's best to not run your ****ing mouth off and act hard when you're incapable of defending yourself properly.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes. I don't have to worry about such a thing happening to me (to an extent) because I'm smart enough to keep my opinions to myself, and I don't act like an idiot in public.

But on the other side of the situation, I also have the emotional intelligence to not knock someone out because they say things I don't like. I won't touch anyone unless I'm in imminent danger.

Really doesnt matter what your take is on this. If it goes to court we will find out if the guy was drunk or just has learning disablities. Whatever the circumstance the guy who punched him doesnt have a leg to stand on. He can not claim he was feeling threatened so punched him, he could have continued to walk on and nothing would have happened.
