I cannot stand him and I am as politically conservative libertarian as they come. I cringe just watching him run his mouth nonstop over interviewers. That dude has hit so many hard breaks for commercial he never hits his punchline as to why he was there in the first place. Proof riding political waves and coat tails gets you places if you play it well. No. Rudy cannot have a clearance. He may have a low level secret clearance but thats not the one that matters. That level only frustrates the government if it is revealed. More of an operational level and a standard background check type of deal. Higher levels of security require need and are particular to programs and not broad. For instance one cannot look at another program having the highest level of clearance as an example.

Plus the President cannot leak classified information. He has absolute release authority. Information is checked against the executive branch which is his to control.
