Yes I’ll get some pics ASAP. The first pics I posted look really good because the blood spots outline my new hairline a lot better. But nearly 4 months in and the hairs are really starting to grow in big time. Especially on the hairline. They’re not the thickest hairs right now but they’ll get thicker and thicker until I approach the 1 year to 1.5 year mark. I’m getting my analysis at month 8 which will be In August.

Definitely very happy I went with FUT because the scar is so thin and unnoticeable and it preserved my donor hair a lot better than FUE would have.
Thank God dude. THANK GOD!

You've made a wise decision.

Thanks. I get a lot of people telling me I’m fukked without finasteride and that I’ll run out of donor hair for transplants at some point. By the time I run out of donor hair and the SMP doesn’t work, I’ll probably be in my late 40’s-50’s and I won’t give a sh!t and just wear a toupee/hairpiece if it gets that bad.

Idk what happened to my original pics I posted but I’ll get them back again soon enough along with my updated pics 4 months in.

Bosley is legit. At least for me it was. And I made sure I got their top doctor too. I’d rather have a top US doctor perform my surgery than rolling the dice with some clinic in Istanbul, Turkey.

They tried to push fin on me. The doctor, the consultant lady, and the guy who did my finances all tried to talk me into taking fin. The finance guy had a full head of hair and said finasteride actually increased his testosterone and that he’s been on it for 20 years. The consultant said 80% of their patients are on it. And the technician who removed my stitches 2 weeks after the surgery said the same thing. I politely declined all of their advice and that was that. But the doctor said I have a ton of donor hair left over to do more transplants down the line which is good. And I’ll get pics soon enough.

Nope. They offered a free consultation while some other clinic in Manhattan wanted $100 for a consultation. So I went with Bosley. When they showed me their top doctor and his credentials along with the no interest payment plan, I was sold. Could’ve been a mistake. Maybe it was. But I went with it instead of traveling all the way to Turkey and it all seemed very professional. They had like 8-10 technicians working on just me. 5 of them each with their own microscopes splitting the hair grafts off to the side. 9 hour procedure and I had to sleep sitting up for a week. So far so good.

Glad I don't have to worry about this ****, I would like to think if I was a baldcel I'd just get over it but I don't suppose you know unless you are in that position.

Getting the new hairs jabbed in doesn't sound so bad but them carving skin off the back of your head lawd have mercy

Like I mentioned earlier, I didn’t feel even 1% pain during the whole nine hours. The cutting the ear to ear strip of skin only lasted about 15 minutes. I could hear them cutting the skin with a smile on my face lol. Knew exactly what they were doing since I watched youtube operations of the same procedure and it’s pretty bloody/hard to watch. But I knew I had a top tier surgeon performing it so I wasn’t the least bit worried about anything. Mighta been the benzo they gave me but I had already taken 4mg of ***** before I got in the operating room so I got more than I needed, lol. This surgeon stitched it up so god damn well you can hardly see it even with a short haircut.

i'm 3 weeks post op from FUT hair transplant. Went with Dr Diep in San Jose CA; originally quoted for 2300 grafts but after the strip was harvested, they got over 2700. most of the grafts have already shed and i'm getting some shock loss around the donor area as well as the surrounding transplanted area. Ugly duckling phase is going to suck but looking forward to having hair again in 6-8 months
