down to 257 from 271 in 3 weeks. Still eating 4000 calories a day <30 min cardio.
I am going full hoody/sweatshirt and sweatpants mode until I look real juicy.
I will have to be 220/212 for the comp, realistically 225 then drop water/not eat if I need to for a day or two.

At my current rate, I feel like I'm going to be really lean by February end and would have absolutely no room to cut calories further or increase exercise level. Apparently, I kind of went ahead of schedule due to rebound from holidays. Oh well, live and learn.
But given the above is going to happen by end of February (or mid March the latest as even now I'm dragging out my current deficit as much as possible), would a very slow surplus, 100-150 calories, after a month of maintenance, affect the cut and leanness going into the summer? I guess what I'm asking is will it enhance the leanness at all compared to just maintaining. Or will it just result in fat gain instantly.
The surplus would be 100% carbs.

Broke the 90kg mark and i started at 93kg 2 weeks ago. Can already see a huge difference, its ridiculous how fast your body gets in shape once you cut the crap out.
My workouts arent ideal because of lockdown tho, i only get one hour of gym. Better than nothing

First cardio session of the year done. Feels good mane. Around 210-211lbs right now, pretty high calories(3800) and slowly leaning out.
Planning to get as lean as I was last summer (and then a bit leaner) by March. These last 6 months I’ve been training hard af putting on mass in all the right places and staying decently lean. So I’m about 5-6lbs heavier than I was when I started my leaning phase Jan 2020, but I’m already leaner and stronger.

205.4 this morning. Down from 215 about two weeks ago. After initial water losses, recent weigh-ins suggest I'm right on track with the targeted 1.5lb/week loss.
I lost my job at the end of July due to Covid-related economic issues, so I haven't had a gym membership (was prepping to join and get back in the game when I got the news, so committing to a new monthly expense seemed unwise). Luckily, I had enough of a financial cushion to ride it out. Just accepted a new position starting in Feb, so I'll be getting back to lifting ASAP.

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

I've been slowly adding some weight in the last few months while trying so stay fairly cut. I've been on trt for close to 2 months now. It's been helpful. I'm a tall lean guy and have never been able to add much mass without getting fluffy. When I've gotten really shredded in the past I'd be around 170+. Right now I'm at 185. This is the best I've looked at that weight without adding to much body fat. The heaviest I ever got was 193, but a soft 193 which I wasn't very satisfied with.
Around April I plan to start a cut and get more shredded then the years prior. Let's hope the gym shutdowns are behind us for good.
This is where I'm at currently..

Haven’t started my cut yet, going to continue “bulking” for at least another month or 2. Aesthetics will come by summer! Trying to stay around/below 15% or so on this bulk.

Im doing great myself. Ahead of schedule as i normally am. That means i end up being too lean way before summer time and i cant maintain it for when summer actually starts lmao

Hey brahs, haven't posted since I finished a cut last August would love some critical feedback.
I've been bulking from about September to this weekend. Started at 70kg (154lbs) and finished at 78kg(172lbs) today.
My aim was to gain approximately 1kg/month and I managed to stick to that.
Lifts were hard to track properly due to 2 closures of the gyms during that time due to lockdown.
My plan going forward is to do a short aggressive mini cut and to continue gaining weight for another few months (at least).

Up untill I took pictures I actually felt a bit uncomfortable with where my bodyfat was but looking at the pictures it's actually not terrible. I feel I've gained some size (although a hell of a lot more work is needed for sure).
I definitely am happy with how I was able manipulate the diet as needed to gain a kg/month. Also played around with Mike Israetel's recommendations of steadily upping volume and rpe throughout the macrocycle. No niggly injuries and made constant progress week to week (adding reps and weight once I'd progressed beyond a rep range).
Really looking forward to gyms opening so I can run another hypertrophy block or two and then a strength block.

your back is crazy underdeveloped to the point it looks like you dont even hit it, srs focus more on finding movements that feel good and you can hit right rather than following some copy and paste program from randoms. use those programs principles with the movements you find beneficial once you've gotten a better idea of what works, but don't waste the mental effort making "blocks" and following spread sheets to a T until you've learned how to make each muscle fire properly
