Good conversation is good
Only thing I'd add here is that there is nothing better in this world than having your child give you a big hug.
Not money, cars, homes, career, sloots, vacations... NOTHING.
Doesn't mean you should rush into marriage, but something women over 30 (and males) should think about.
There are lots of top female bankers that careermaxxed and they look absolutely miserable compared to the family man/woman. I feel terrible for them that they were sold on this idea of being a "strong independent women that don't need no man"

age is just a number and all women are the same, it dosent matter how used up and wrinkled they are. puzzy is puzzy, gay boy
hehe
This is true m8 on srs note age does matter and the glow is real, too many women been abused by ex partners and if they can't win with looks they usually play some toxic bullchit for attention.

So I guess to those moms their career actually is more important and having children did not change that.

As an aside, Also, your example is the exception not the rule. If you believe otherwise, you watch too much TV. No top executive gives a fuk about their job that much to choose career consistently over family. In fact, internally those that do are teased by other execs "choosing" work over family matters. Once you're an exec, you have the power to tell those to fuk off. It's having the EI of when to play that card or not. That's the real truth.

I feel very fortunate now and have no regrets. Could easily be single and squeeze out a few more years of hookup/party life, but at this age know the music is winding down and it's time to start thinking of the future. If you're a single guy in your early 30s you still can do whatever, but the amount of relationship quality women left when you're 34, 35, 36, etc. will dwindle severely. There is something primal about being single and going on 'the hunt' that you will always miss, but not stupid enough to sacrifice a great relationship for another round of relationship russian roulette

Nothing beats the feeling going out on the 'hunt' there is something quite primal about it, when your feeling comfortable in a relationship your getting regular seks and dont feel the need the stay on top of your chit. Thats the great thing about women tho alot of us brahs are just hoping for that easy life of finding that special girl and your life is completed but it isnt like that, women force us too push harder and be better men. One thing you do learn tho when your juggling women is alot of there life stories are pretty similar and have all had ex boyfriends abusing them etc and there chit is all too predictable. Thats the depressing part about relationships is when you notice similar patterns of chit, and she starts demanding more and trying less its almost game over and the feel good part of the relationship is dead.
I dont think there is the same ceiling for age for men as there are as women, theres too much pressure on the need for men too work hard and settle down. Women know it isnt unreasonable for men to go for younger women but they shame them because they know they cant keep up, they need to keep stevie the beta provider on the hook and working for the best chance he has for companionship.

They have a good job, are better traveled, maybe own a house or nice car, etc. they expect a ‘match’ similar in achievements to them, so as their own internal value increases so does their expectation in a man.
Of course, men know that this is foolhardy. Because their actual dating value decreases with age. Her expectations goes up, but her actual value goes down. Unless she happens to get lucky and score a high value guy, her options are to cope and be single forever (common) or settle for a beta shmuck (also common).
