Right now I’m not making any argument about his ultimate guilt or innocence re: the more serious charges. That doesn’t mean I can’t point out thing you types seem to “overlook.”

Even if Kyle was illegally carrying, he still has the right to self defense.

“ A person who engages in unlawful conduct of a type likely to provoke others to attack him or her and thereby does provoke an attack is not entitled to claim the privilege of self-defense against such attack, except when the attack which ensues is of a type causing the person engaging in the unlawful conduct to reasonably believe that he or she is in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm. These requirements are met perfectly by the available videos. There is no question that it was self defense by state law.

Uh, they do. Whites are killed at double the rate by police as black people even though blacks commit 90% of violent crimes. So statistically, whites should be the ones rioting against police.

Problem with that is almost all police killings are justified. Unjustified killings are such a small percentage that it’s not a problem, at all.
