Not "If they pull you over they are literally trying to murder you. You did nothing wrong. They're just racists". One speech leads to countless police encounters without any issue. The other leads to constant issues.

What is wrong with that? Compliance with cops is extremely important and non-compliance is how 99.99% of use of force encounters happen. If your rights are being violated, you can sue later and get rich, and the PD will have to turn over the body cam footage. Most cities will pay out even on BS cases in order to avoid the scandal aspect.

There are definitely videos of guys being mostly chill and the cop being a douche, cops can be douches, but it's definitely a rarity.
That talk generally doesn't talk about murder, that is something you may think but isn't the krux of the talk. The talk is about behaviors(like you mentioned) and the fact that because of your look/tan/pigment that police may fear you much more than normal and..... attribute X-men mutant super powers to young boys+ girls as well as adult men and women. It describes how to behave and not get killed.
Think attractive blonde woman compared to Jamaican dude and you will understand the difference in perception. Harmless vs scary threat.
"Passively resisting" doesn't exist. It's an oxymoron and impossible. He probably didn't want to reach down for his seatbelt and get shot because he was "reaching for something". He posed absolutely no threat. The cop did nothing except escalate the situation as much as he could.
LMAO.

Yes it does, and it is not impossible.

Have you ever tried to arrest someone or even get someones arms behind their back that want to just keep them in front of their body/underneath them? You'd be the ***got screaming, "OH MY GAWD! HES NOT RESISTING!" because you have no ****ing clue what you're talking about.

He was calm, they told him to unbuckle his seat belt. It is very easy to slowly reach down and unbuckle your seatbelt. Ignoring legal commands is passively resisting you fkn retard. Again we don't know why their guns were drawn, who knows as we don't have any video from prior to that or what else the police knew.

Absolutely pathetic.
I don't think this would happen in anywhere in Europe period. When comparing our law enforcement with those in Europe, it's not even close who is more effective at doing their job.

My friend was acting a bit of a drunken fool on a train from UK to Netherlands. Honestly, the staff overserved him, but he was drunk and a bit disorderly and passed out on the train. We had a full squad of policeman waiting for us in Amsterdam for that.

They could have not been anymore professional about it. They didn't yell at him, tackle him or try to shoot him with mace. They simply talked to each of us and they asked me to take care of my friend and make sure he's no more trouble and let me know he's now my responsibility and walked away.

Our police forces attract power-trippin a-holes. I wonder why that is...

Do you guys make sure to put both hands on the wheel and only move after telling your intention (Im opening the door/ Im giving you my id etc) when pulled over in America?

I got pulled over yesterday because I was out driving during chinese lockdown. There were like 6-7 cops with 2 with MP5s. I thought about that (asking permission before moving hands) when I wanted to show him my papers but then I dismissed the thought thinking how cuck it would have been.

anyone saying "just comply" better be wearing their mask all the time, not gathering, and first in line for that vaccine. And if Biden wants your assault rifle you better cough that **** up without a word

You probably dont understand because you have never been in that situation perhaps? Ive been racially profiled, similar thing happened to me when I was in university and asian gang violence was running rampant in my area. They profiled me based on my vehicle and my looks. Little did they know I was a full scholarship university student back in town visiting my parents and the "drugs" they thought I had on me was part of a left over burrito wrapped in foil form the local Taqueria. LOL......

this video completely enrages me. We really need to take a look at police training and revamp it.

For those asking why the situation was already escalated..

I’ve seen a couple reports say the driver didn’t pull over right away and instead waited until he was at a lit gas station.

They try to paint that as “safety” but it’s nothing more than refusing to comply.

Nobody can be pulled over and drive for an additional 1-2 minutes and receive the same
Treatment as somebody who pulls right over.

Also, everyone with a brain knows “ride the lightning” is a taser reference.

I’ve seen these left wing idiots say they threatened the dude with death by electric chair.

No I dont believe that but I DO believe there are many police officers who lack the competence of doing their job correctly (as is the case with many other jobs) and thus I would want to be in a well lit and pedestrian area when being pulled over 100%. Difference between messing up as a police and messing up as a shelf stocker could mean life or death.

Just LOL at being faulted for pulling over in a well lit area for the safety of everyone involved.

You can't justify the law enforcement behavior anyway you try to spin this when it just comes down to incompetence, poor training, and execution. They almost got the execution part down though. Pun intended.

So you are saying "ride the lightning" is proper language to communicate with someone who is getting pulled over and afraid of their well being? Why not just say, continuing to not comply or act the way you are will result in you getting tazed. That might seem a lot more clear to anyone? I can gaurantee you my mother would not know what "ride the lightining" means even if I showed her a tazer.

you should take a couple minutes and google this. driving to a well lit or safe area is nothing new. You have a right to pull over in a safe area, period.

https://www.aceable.com/blog/what-ar...t-pulled-over/

looks like he had a right to stay in his car unless he was getting arrested. The cop escalating should be fired, period.

This was sht policing. But at the end of the day u could tell the army officer was a beta male, didnt take command of the situation and did everything wrong. Pick your battles. He chose the wrong hill to die on.

In that situation u dont know anything and its best to just comply even if you feel wronged. U can have your day in court.

If cops roll up on you aggro, be calm and normal, smile and show that you are chill. Comply with orders. No need to elevate the situation.

If i was that army LT the first thing i woulda done was dress down those two clown cops but still comply. “U two dip****s better have a damn good reason pulling over an Army Officer. Wht the fuk u want?” They start saying get out of the car and barking orders, id b like “ok u dumb motherfkers ill do as u say but im gona have my CO on your CO’s azzhole when this ****s all said an done”’.

Then jusg comply with the orders and skullfuk them later with complaints and litigation.

4. One of the officers ***admitted later*** that they knew why Nazario had pulled into the BP—it ***happened all the time***........................................ and was a maneuver often used by people of color, according to the lawsuit.

At that point this dude had every right to fear that he would be shot if he made any movements, since the officer was giving commands that made no sense. Not only that but the police officer told the guy that he should be scared and then demeaned him by asking if his rank was SPC/CPL. Obvious case of power tripping individual who should not have authority.

Miscers saying he should have just gotten out of the vehicle, have you ever had a clearly unhinged person pointing a weapon at you while barking out confusing orders?
This. I’m a blue lives matter guy much of the time but when cops go bad they need to be put down. Ever see that video of the white guy begging for his life in Florida while the gung-ho coo is screaming contradictory orders then execute the civilian? Groce. Like politicians, we entrust cops with a lot of power and they should be held to a high standard. Blue lives matter but FUK the blue shield and the blue bullies.
