Lots of bodybuilders from arnolds generation are either dead of suffered massive strokes/heart-attacks, including arnold himself. Considering the state of things now compared to then, things wont be boding well in the near future imo
tbf they did a lot of things wrong. The stuff that's used for show prep / cutting and drying out is a lot more dangerous both short term and long term than the stuff thats used for building mass.
It doesnt help that ppl are experimenting with weird serms and other research chemicals either.

but most famous BBs are a lot more health conscious these days and stick to the basics. As long as they dont overdo it with the hgh and manage lipids they will be fine long term. People like Dorian Yates have no issues at all

I can admire and applaud the dedication it takes to unhook 100 bras in 1 minute, but it's doesn't mean you have to respect or support that effort.

The truth is most of these very young bodybuilder freaks have severe mental health and body image issues. And by supporting it, you're arguably supporting the continued usage of drugs which shorten their lifespan.

People on this site really need to actually ask that question. That's the sad part.

Unfortunately its just not a challenge to get a body like that for serious Body Builders anymore.

Anyone can take some cell tech for a couple bike rides and look like Zane.

Do you know how I know you don't lift?

Bolded the 'IMO', because that's your personal opinion. If you don't have medical condition, you shouldn't/mustn't need TRT to 'feel/look' great.
