Eh I'd be on the other side of that and wanting to trade Herbert. That defense is complete ass and they just lost Lawrence for half the season maybe longer. Dak is going to put up crazy numbers as long as he remains healthy.

why would you drop Famous Jameis and his inhibited long bombs for Check down Teddy??? you play whoever has a better pass friendly/game-script matchup between Trevor and Jameis. Jags will be playing from behind alot so Trevor should put up big meaningless numbers like he did last week. Jameis probably doesn't throw 5 TDs a game but he's much more of a fantasy threat than Teddy.

Made my first trade of the year in this 10 team 1/2 PPR league. Got Mitchell off waivers with the intention on trading him. Maybe gave up a lot…maybe not. I wanted Harris in the draft and couldn't get him. Played 100% of snaps in the 1st game. Yeah he did little with it but opportunity is there and zero competition behind him.

Mitchell, Jamaal Williams, Sutton for Najee Harris

My team now - Start QB, RB/RB, WR/WR, TE, WRT/WRT/, DST

QB - Brady, Hurts
RB - Gibson, Sanders, Harris, A. Jones, T. Williams, Gainwell, J Wilson (IR)
WR - Cooper, Ridley, C. Davis, AB
TE - Andrews
DST - NE

This. Better starting lineup and you opened up bench spots to go dumpster diving for more scraps.

Thanks for the QB advice boyos. Gonna go Dak because I think he still has the higher ceiling.

ONE MORE question for you guys, I swear. Just got a trade offer of Julio Jones in 12 team standard for my Ty'son Williams. I'm crazy not to take it right? I also have Latavius Murray on my bench, who is splitting carries.

My team: QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/TE/Flex standard deal

QB: Dak, Herbert
RB: AAron Jones, Ekeler, Ty'son, Murray, Tony Jones Jr., Pollard, Sermon
WR: ARob, Waddle, Bryan Edwards, OBJ
TE: Goedert, Hooper

I'm leaning towards taking the trade, but was at the Titans game last week and they looked like trash. Worried that Tannehill won't be able to escape defenses enough to get targets out

i'd do that in a second. julio is worth gambling on. ty'son looks real good but it's a busy backfield. at best you'd say him and Lat Murray are of the same value, and you have Murray already. Freeman will only muddy the waters there.

Murph has spoken. I took the trade. I'm thinking the same, especially after seeing Ty'son completely blow at pass blocking. That will not help him, and he doesn't have a great ceiling if he is topping at 10 carries. At best, Julio starts to vibe and I have a great replacement for OBJ. At worst, my team sucks anyway lol

i have one question this week for my lineup

Eli Mitchell @ PHI or Chase Edmonds vs MIN?

Eli has a slight edge in projections. but i can't take those so seriously this early in the year. I do like how Edmonds has an established role. I don't really know 'what' Eli Mitchell is on that 9ers team. The safer play is Edmonds but what say you bros.

Obviously I'm way less experienced than you, but it really looked like Edmonds will be the guy watching him last week. He has such a capped upside tho because of Kyler. I wouldn't start any RB not named Mitchell for the 9ers, but I would start him. Unless you're projected to kill and need safe points I'd lean Mitchell.

Another good start for me. I had L Thomas and McLaurin going this week against Gibson and the Was D. In the league I don’t care about I had Gano.

And I got a lot of **** for my draft this year so they can all suck a big one.

That's one I also would have hit accept immediately before they had a chance to reconsider.

I would actually lean Edmonds. Apparently Sermon had a great week of practice and will be active and chomping at the bit to prove himself this week. Mitchell's expectations should be tempered a little.

Joe Mixon, Chase Edmonds, Kareem Hunt in PPR, I've got to start 2 of them. Main reason I'm trying with starting Hunt here is that I imagine the Browns will crush Houston,so I'm thinking they'll not be too rough on Chubb this week and give Hunt some significant snaps.

I totally fell for that chit about Gibson being used as a bellcow. Hoping he has a couple good weeks then I might try and dump him for an elite WR to some RB desperate team.

Ya I agree with your reasoning. Hunt should probably be started over Edmonds every week just due to better chance at scoring. Conner had like 15 carries last week plus Murray runs a lot and it's already a pass first team anyways.

Just realized that Gronk is still available in one league.

Would you guys drop Fant for him?

Alternatively I could drop M. Williams, Golliday, or aiyuk from my bench to roster two TEs to see which one breaks out.

Gronk looked fresh as hell in the opener

Idk, Jeudy being out might be a boost to fant? I probably wouldn't drop one of those receivers for him unless you're stacked, but if he goes off this week he will be the #1 waiver pickup. tough one for me

Honestly I'd drop Golladay for Gronk. NYG is a crowded room of receivers that all see about 5-7 looks a game. It's a complete toss up who's going to get the numbers there. It's similar in Tampa, but Gronk is a red zone monster and Brady loves to get him the ball. I personally would rather roster Gronk and Fant than Golladay

My teams all **** the bed again. But of course I've played highest scorer in the league 2 weeks straight when I would have won against 8 other teams in my main league. Sucks when that happens!

i like what we saw out of Pittman. that guy can really play. of course Wentz got hurt again though.

Eli Mitchell seems legit. his TD got called back and then he was hurt but he returned. meanwhile Hastey AND Sermon went down? what on earth is going on over there

Feels so bad having Woods in most of my leagues instead of Kupp. It's early and it'll probably balance out some but still, almost everyone had Woods ahead preseason.

You guys think Carr is worth a #2 waiver despite concerns about an ankle issue coming into week 3? 12 man PPR, so waiver wire is scarce, and my weakness is really at QB. Main QB is Burrow, and he seems to be hit or miss. Carr has put up 2 good performances. Other potential WW pickups are Bridgewater, Darnold, Jones. I'd rather not put in a waiver and wait for free agency, but he might be gone by then.
