40k could be a decent escort once a week for a year and a half if you're worried about getting laid. Which is about half the length of time you'd be crippled in pain from the surgery. I know how I'd choose to spend 40k.

It's longer than that. They do the femurs and THEN the tibias in order to give you an actual five inches. Which is supposed to be the max possible. So think two years of major pain plus god knows how many possible complications.

I think OP has serious mental health issues if he's actually considering this.
