So the new theory is that the police in pursuit watched as this SUV sped towards the parade route and did not radio it in once, did not warn anyone, did not attempt to alter its route. The driver mowed down multiple groups of people, didn't once attempt to turn down a side street, didn't lay on their horn as a warning and then went out of their way to mow down a HS dance team?

Sounds entirely plausible......

I never said it was a terrorist attack, I was simply commenting on the initial facts and video evidence and can understand why people drew the terrorist conclusion.

Either way, the driver literal plowed through road barricades, hit many people and kept driving through and over the crowd. That alone deserves the death penalty.

You realize this happened extremely quick right? And the cop at the parade wasn't in pursuit of the suspect, he was there for the parade. The driver took one path and it wasn't the worst one he could take. Did you seriously expect the driver to roll his window down and ask people to get out of the way? He just stabbed someone... At 4:39 p.m., a police officer could be heard on the radio saying, “There’s a car going westbound approaching the parade course. A red Escape. Black male. I couldn’t stop him. He’s going westbound blowing his horn.”

So an officer did try to stop him and couldn't? And the suspect was blowing his horn? Why would he be blowing his horn if he was trying to run over as many people as possible? Why didn't he gas it right in the middle of the crowd instead of going to the left?
