The pants are quality but it's a different shirt.

I go to dollar general for most of my shirts and buy a bunch of the same colors. So I probably have 6 exact same blue. 6 exact same hi viz yellow etc.

Actually the first surgery was right shoulder. Then after it was fixed I had a major neck injury from work on right side.

Then I had to have my left shoulder done a year ago.

It's been a rough 4 years

Most of those vids are only there for my personal memories and for the misc or if I want to send a video to someone over the phone. It's higher quality to send them a YouTube link than to text it.

My son does want to start a channel with me tho so that will be coming.

I'm frauding? This is my 7th set after doing the following 10,8,6,5,3,2,1.

I threw 285 up like it wasn't even there. This wasn't a max attempt. I didn't peak for this it was just a random workout on my 2nd push day of the week.

I don't have an old photo album. I have posted the only pic from that period but it was post game and we were on the field in pads.

Well you certainly weren't benching 400 in high school.

You have no pictures from 20-30 years old? A 400lb bencher is a stout individual.

It's quite simple. They are cheating plain and simple.

The average man on the planet can't bench 135.

The small percentage of men that actually lift the vast majority 75% won't hit 225 naturally.

The 25% that do maybe 1% will hit 300 naturally if that.

The amount of men that can hit 400 natty is small.

People that try to bypass their God given levels are cheating.

Honestly I have maybe two or three total pics.

In high school my biggest bench was 335.

I have maybe two pics from high school but no digital copies

I have two or three pics from the military that's about it.

I had to lose 34lbs just to be able to join the Air Force. That was almost all muscle as I had to do it in 90 days.

Then I lost another 24lbs in basic.

So I went from 227 and 15% BF down to 169.

Not sure if srs. I tested my groin yesterday, after tweaking it from deadlifts, and was able to squat 185 with ease, and I'm cutting. Can't imagine a man struggling with 225 that actually lifts seriously. (Ded fkn Srs)

400lbs for a d1 football player is really not a crazy number. I was a d1 wrestler, and although we never benched we had lightweight guys (125-141) hang clean 2x bodyweight. We had post recovery and all of our meals provided for us, so it puts those numbers in perspective.

My playing weight was 220. In the offseason 227.

The Air Force would not allow me to be over 193.

There was no bodyfat or BMI standard in 1989 in the Airforce it was plain weight only.

By the time I left basic I was 169.
