Yes they look different but I would think everyone already knows that. When it comes to sex, there's no difference in the way they feel...it's all the same.

Edit: I've never been with a man who couldn't cum from a bj, so I have no idea what the deal is with that...

Not really. You got different shapes, sizes, etc...the uncut men I've been with pull their foreskin back when fully erect. When giving bj's I've honestly never noticed a difference.
