I’m 5’11 230 with a muscular build but can barely see my abs and couldn’t get past a year of no sex until it was basically thrown at me the rare times I go out. You should be slaying it big time, you don’t even need much game. Just don’t say something stupid and you’re in there.

As someone else had mentioned earlier in this thread, the average american woman is more similar to a cheap prostitute from 100 yrs ago(probably much fatter too) than a wife from 100 years ago

I can't even play video games for more than an hour nowadays, I get bored. I played Red Dead Redemption 2 recently but couldn't get into it whereas I'd probably love the game when I was younger

Learn to live with it. I've had anxiety most of my life and I've just learned to accept it and adapt to it. But it seems like a lot of people have anxiety these days, people who didn't have it before probably due to the whole COVID/quarantine bullshit situation we were in. Zoomers too who have been addicted to screens since they were children. Makes me feel better knowing that my social anxiety isn't that bad compared to so many others who seem to be down bad mentally these days
