My gf and I recently broke up, and by most metrics she is a solid girl who would have made a great wife/mother. That said, I would have needed to commit fully to her in every way possible, and I just am not currently ready for that, and not sure I'll ever be, so when the time came that she'd had enough, I didn't even fight it.

Current girl is literal A+ wife material. But always fighting urge. Think I'll be alright - you do have to make the decision at some point. If you think you're going to wait until your looks/value start to teeter and then pull a wife material at the last minute, you're kidding yourself. Have to lock them in early and sacrifice the hunt before you fall off a cliff.

One day you may realize that you cant judge others based on your own standards and life experiences. When I see a ****phile or a serial killer, I don’t think of that person as purely evil, I’m just glad they are locked in prison for the sake of society and I wonder what experiences did they went trough in order to become the person they became.
You don’t have that skill, that takes self awareness, you need to understand human behavior better. Only then will you understand why the loyalty of a man with tons of options is worth more than the loyalty of a man with no options.
For me it’s a simple concept to understand. For the majority of people, their minds are blown, so I understand your emotional response to my “excuses”

You don't meet young girls from the generation Z with 50k insta and x number of TikTok followers that will EVER delete their accounts unless you are a celebrity, billionaire, and marry them.
