all guns and all drugs including weed/vape are illegal in Mexico... and theres a strong chance as an american tourist you will be stopped by mexican authorities while you are there and searched.. Even something we consider "its nothing just some weed, or its just a vape pen" carries hefty fines and jail time in mexico (you can get away with it most of the time if its only a little bit, but you will be paying off the cop couple hundred of dollars if you don't give them issues).. despite mexico being one of the largest illegal drug producers..
