Outdoor hobbies are good as they already put you outside. Again, look into cycling groups or whatever, if the demographic of people is within your age group

Instead of video games, try new hobbies, preferably group ones. Very serious. Bounce from one to another until you truly find something that appeals to you. It will invigorate your dying passion and curiosity for life, believe me this will translate to your interactions with people, especially women. And who knows, you might legit find something that excites you

Make it a goal to approach one stranger per day and just have a normal chat with them. I suggest a random stranger because idk how comfortable you are approaching a cute girl(within your height range), but if you don’t mind the latter then go for that instead. Talking to a bunch of strangers will also spark an interest and appreciation for other humans
