Most people that age aren’t so sharp, aware of what’s going on around them, or fully functioning cognitively. Look at Sleepy Joe.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has extended his condolences to the UK for the “irreparable loss” of Queen Elizabeth, Russian news agencies said.
In a message to Charles, the UK’s new king, Putin said the Queen “rightfully enjoyed the love and respect of her subjects, as well as authority on the world stage”.
He added, “I wish you courage and resilience in the face of this difficult, irreparable loss. May I ask you to pass on sincere condolences and support to members of the royal family and the entire people of Great Britain.”

honestly, having a “royal family” is stupid AF to me. These people aren’t nothing special. Just LOL at putting these people and “families” on pedestals.
Glad we don’t have that stupid chit over here. Imagine Biden getting elected and then we’re stuck with him until he died and then someone in his family inherits the presidency, like his son Hunter
just LMAO
Another reason why USA is goat

The worst Queen of England in history. The day she took the throne England was 99.7% White English. She leaves this world with White English a minority of the population in London.

I made it most of the way through Page 3 of these responses with no desire to keep scanning through the rest of them.
Most of the responses on here offered little, if any, actual thought. There were a few pretty ignorant/offensive ones, and even fewer (although still existent) sensible ones.
For one, consider the quote from, I think, Batman, or wherever it is from - "Criminals are a cowardly and superstitious lot". My personal opinion is that the bigger criminals on the planet are, generally speaking, the ones in the shadows and whose names and faces we don't know. Perhaps they are gunning for power. There are divisive forces that exist that, from what I perceive, WISH that they could overthrow the Royal Family of the UK at they are, from what I perceive, one of the most powerful forces on the planet, and arguably the most powerful family on the planet, who are keeping things from getting even worse than they are. As bad as things are right now, they could ALWAYS be worse.
Just imagine some REALLY power-hungry faction on the planet who wish they they could have their personal servants who they treat like crap, who wish they could have their name and image plastered on everything, who were always driving around in the Lamborghinis and Ferraris, who could always have their bevy of sex slaves at their command, and imagine them being so pissed off that they see the image of Queen Elizabeth II, and soon to be King Charles III, on so much currency being used by over a hundred million people - imagine them being so enraged that THEY aren't the ones living in obscenely lavish mansions. Imagine them doing ANYTHING THEY POSSIBLY CAN to try to sway public opinion, to underhanded means wreak havoc on the stock market, to engineer our Covid situation, to be responsible for shooting children in schools...to do all this to try to overthrow people like The Royal Family of the UK and the U.S. Government. Imagine that their are people out there like that. A few of them may even be writing the extremely brief, thoughtless, and unintelligent responses on this board. Some of them may have invaded the lives of The Royal Family of the UK and could actually be blamed for the divorces and scandals in the family.
Since this is a bodybuilding forum, I would ask anybody who reads this to relate this to bodybuilding, since many of you think like bodybuilders. Please consider the following.
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. It requires spending a lot of time meal-planning and being fairly obsessive about macros and eating eating eating all the time. To achieve a competitive bodybuilder look, you also need to have a fairly extensive supplement stack. If you want to be REALLY competitive, it has to be, essentially, your profession, and especially if you want to compete in the OPEN class, you will probably have to be on some sort of PEDs. You also have to spend a good bit of time in the gym, and learn posing, have a lot of attention paid to you for therapeutic/medical reasons - massage, cryochamber therapy, tanning, cupping, insulin shots, etc etc etc. This all costs money. To achieve this sort of look at a pretty high level, you either need to be sponsored or you need to have your own money. So, it is either a profession, or it a luxury.
As much as part of me would like to be able to achieve this look...something maybe halfway or 2/3 of the way between where I am now and being competitive in Classic Physique, and I do have good reasons for it, I bring up the above to relate it to the following.
THE BRITISH ROYAL FAMILY DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO INDULGE IN THINGS LIKE BODYBUILDING. Most of the members of the Royal Family execute *hundreds* of Royal Engagements a year reaching out to charities, paying their respects to everyday workers, staying engaged with the people of their nation, cheering on their sportsmen, etc. The closer the respective Royal Family member is to accession to the throne, in relation to the monarch, generally speaking, the more engagements they will perform. They have to do their homework to be prepared for these engagements. They are actively keeping their ears to the ground, seeing who is doing a good job and who isn't, and why. Have you ever thought that MAYBE part of Prince William would like to have his hair back? And Harry is growing a little bald, too. And they're doing this more quickly than either their father or maternal grandfather. So, obviously, they're not having a ton of $$ invested in their personal vanity when it comes to appearances.
Imagine a professional bodybuilder being really arrogant and thinking that William and Harry are losers because they think they aren't working hard on their bodies and "keeping up their game". Hmmm...
Contrast this to what professional bodybuilders put on their social media. How many of them make posts about anything outside of the sport of bodybuilding? How many of them dare to SPEAK OUT about issues that really matter, especially controversial ones, that might end up alienating some of their follower base? I see very little of this, frankly. Most of them stay mostly rooted in the profession. How many of them speak out about environmental issues or GLBT rights or anything like that? Why bother possibly offending your fanbase if it's not putting money in your pocket, right? Many competitive bodybuilders are about their bodies, their personal image, and keeping their relationship with their sponsors going. Pay attention to their social media and what they spend their time on. How many of them REALLY give that much time and resources to anything bigger than and outside of themselves? There are some professional bodybuilders and greats of the past who I respect, but I'm not going to name names or lift up or put down anybody in particular. But pay attention to social media and what people spend their time and resources on. From what I can perceive, there are some bodybuilders who are "fighting the good fight", but consider all the ways in which the sport is unhealthy and all the ones who have died young or whose health has been very badly impacted as a result of competing at the highest levels.
In my teens, twenties, and well into my thirties, I would not have given the Royal Family of the UK all that much time or effort into trying to understand. It is mostly my 40s, that I am much of the way through, that I have started to understand.
I tell you one thing. As a dual citizen of Canada and the USA (native-born USA, immigrated to Canada and lived up there for 5 years, returned here because I just didn't have the family or interpersonal support that I needed), I can say the following. Gay marriage was legalized more quicky in Canada than it was in the USA, and probably other Commonwealth countries/dominions who have the UK monarch as their head-of-state. Also, I can personally attest to the wonders of Socialized Medicine that Canada has and that would really be helpful in the USA. In some ways, our leadership in the USA lags behind the leadership of the UK and Canada and Australia. Consider those things before mindlessly bashing The Royal Family.
I would ask that before any of you respond or continue to write really negative things to consider ALL of the above before continuing to spout just a ill-considered sentence or two of garbage. Try actually expending a brain cell or two to try to perceive the world around you with some depth and respond to world events with more than just a sentence or two that any elementary school student could write.
